Custom Wedding Ceremony Scripts & Coaching for Your Officiant, Wherever You're Getting Married
Your Favorite Person…
My Professional Script
They asked you, not a stranger, to marry them. That's a real honor, and if you're honest, it's also a little terrifying. You've probably never written a wedding ceremony before, you don't know how long it should run, and you really don't want to freeze up in front of everyone who matters to them. That's exactly what this is for.
I write the ceremony from scratch, built around their actual story, and coach you personally through delivering it, so you walk in ready instead of guessing. Wherever the wedding is happening, this is done entirely by video call.
How private this stays is up to you
Some officiants bring their couple into the workshop and treat this as a team effort. Plenty of others keep it entirely between us, and let the couple believe they pulled it off solo. Both are completely normal, and either way, you're the one standing up there getting the credit on the day.
Why this beats a free template
A quick search turns up plenty of free ceremony scripts and fill-in-the-blank samples. They're a fine starting point if you've got the time and nerve to make something generic sound like it's actually about these two people, but most first-time officiants don't have either. What I offer instead is a script written specifically for their relationship, plus real coaching for you: pacing, timing, what to do with your hands, how to handle the ring exchange and the pronouncement, how to actually enjoy the moment instead of just surviving it.
Custom Script Writing & Officiant Coaching Package
$250
A discovery call to learn their story and what you want the ceremony to feel like
A virtual ceremony workshop, done however works best for you, whether that includes the couple or stays just between us
A fully custom ceremony script built around their real relationship, not pulled from a template. My time tested ceremony flow includes every element a ceremony actually needs, and it's written the way I write my own: light, with a touch of humor running through it, and unafraid to get genuinely serious when the moment calls for it.
A one-on-one virtual coaching session with you covering delivery, pacing, and the logistics of the moment: the ring exchange, timing with the photographer, how the marriage license typically gets signed
Who this is for
This is for anyone who's been asked to officiate a wedding, a best friend, a sibling, a parent, and wants that yes to turn into something they're proud of instead of something they're dreading. If you're the couple and you found this because your officiant seems a little overwhelmed, feel free to send it their way. It works starting from either side.

That's entirely up to you. Plenty of officiants keep this completely private and let their couple believe they wrote and prepared everything solo. Others bring their couple into part of the process. I'll work however you're most comfortable.
-
Yes. This entire service is done by video call: the discovery call, the workshop, and the coaching session. I've worked with officiants in other states with no issues. Wherever the wedding is, this works the same way.
-
I write non-religious ceremonies, though I'm glad to incorporate specific religious elements or traditions at your request.
-
That's exactly who this is built for. The coaching session covers pacing, delivery, and what to physically do during the ring exchange and pronouncement, so you walk in prepared instead of guessing.
-
I'll walk you through how the license-signing moment typically fits into the ceremony itself, but license and filing requirements vary by state and county, so you should confirm the specific rules where the wedding is happening.
-
The best timeline starts at least 2 months in advance of the ceremony date.

I can help polish any current draft and also assist in coaching you deliver a terrific ceremony.
